Sherry Ketterer – Helping in a Time of Need

Sherry Ketterer states, “I get the greatest reward when I’m helping someone work through a tragic loss due to a fire, flood, or other catastrophic event.   Guiding them through the process of getting their lives back in order is very fulfilling.”

Because of her own personal experience, Sherry feels she is able to help the spouse and children when a close family member passes away and they have insurance questions. Knowing what steps to take next can make things easier for those who are grieving.

40 Years of Serving Clients
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, Sherry works with clients with their home, auto, boat, motorcycle and farm insurance.  She is a licensed property and casualty agent and has been with the Mitchell Agency for 40 years, 28 of which she has been involved with personal insurance lines.  Sherry also handled crop insurance accounts for 20 years.

Sherry has been around long enough to have worked with three generations of Bogans, Jack Sr., Jack Jr., Bill, and now Jackson and Billy. She notes that early in her career, when computers weren’t on every desk, she had to determine ratings through manual calculations. Today the ability to get answers for her clients has become much easier and quicker.

Sherry has been married to her husband, Bob, for 25 years.  She enjoys reading, shopping and traveling whenever the opportunity arises.  One of her bucket list items is to visit all 50 states.  Give Sherry a call and ask her how far along she is in fulfilling this goal.
