She has been in the insurance business since 1991 and holds the CIC designation.<\/p>\n<p>In her experience, Kym has found that building relationships is the foundation of service excellence. \u201cI try to get to know my customers personally so that when they need me the most\u2014when they\u2019ve had a claim\u2014they are working with somebody they know and trust,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n<p>Kym enjoys working with her agency colleagues and says that they share her commitment to delivering great customer service. \u201cEverybody at our agency is focused on protecting people and looking out for the best interest of our customers.
