Making resolutions and setting goals are part of ringing in the New Year.\u00a0 But as much as we talk about it most people shy away from making definitive goals.\u00a0 Why?\u00a0 It\u2019s mostly from the fear of being held accountable.\u00a0 No stated goals mean you don\u2019t have to make a plan to actually accomplish anything.<\/span><\/p>\n Goal Setting Works<\/span><\/strong> The often cited Harvard Business School study followed an entire graduating class.\u00a0 Ten years after graduation the 3% of the class that had both written goals and a plan were making 10 times more than the rest of the class.<\/p>\n Mitchell Agency Goals<\/strong><\/span>
\nResearch studies show that goal-setting really works.\u00a0 According to Andy Defrancesco<\/a>, a successful CEO himself, writing goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, rewarding and timely increases the positive outcomes and the probability of your goals being attained.<\/p>\n
